BALTIMORE (Dec. 22, 2022) – Today, the incoming First Lady Dawn Moore and Second Gentleman Dave Miller, Honorary Chair and Co-Chair of The People’s Ball: Celebrating the Inauguration of Wes Moore & Aruna Miller, are proud to announce the sale of Second Stage tickets to The People’s Ball.
